Just want to say a massive, massive thanks to you lot. It's been an amazing time digging out the old stuff and getting my new ideas out there.

I am unreasonably excited by this. Won a FSA t-shirt in a comp at Calshot activity centre about 25 years ago and it was a treasured possession for many years, even living on as a boot rag.

I remember, was it a White FSA-Face from memory? There was a photo of you winning the comp and wearing it!? Nice one, been great revisiting this stuff!

Damn..sorry bout that, a lot of life happened 2006-2025, a lot.. but don't worry there are now plenty of ideas to deliverI have a vague recollection of a new problems page on FSA and and being really excited about all these new things. Then in a blink of an eye it had all gone.

That's a lot to break down, it's probably worth a podcast! but I'll try briefly here..
It was created after I broke my feet climbing somewhere I shouldn't have, I had time and nothing to lose and help from a very good friend, Mark G. Online climbing world in early 2000's was baron, no social media at all! Customers used to pay by cheques! FSA was always about taking some of the seriousness out but always respecting the passion. I flippin' love climbing, climbers and the scene, it's given me everything. FSA was about expressing that passion, showing the rest of society how we climbers see the world.
It draws on rich British culture and characters and humour and it's cars. I've heard it called polite climbing counter-culture.
This is the most I've ever expressed about FSA in writing, I hope the skits, posts, paragraphs, photos and now reels do all the real talking.
FSA is now alive again and there is work to do in these crazy, ridiculous times.
