Sore muscles

Hi all

I'm just after info and what supplement or exercise or Evan stretches you do to help belly muscles after a good session.

I did a good session on Wednesday nights and my belly and forearms are killing me and want to go and do another session but due to pain don't think I'll be able to do much

Any suggestions

You'll get them less in the future. Eating well and appropriately before and after may help.

And hydrate well. And avoid alcohol. And sleep lots.

Thanks Paul. I will have a read of that link. I think I'm going to try and do abit of light climbing this week try and help me
