Spied that Pete Dawson has repeated the world-class 'Pump Up The Staminaband' at Raven Tor which surely hasn't had many repeats?

What route grade would it be, Barrows? 9a+?

Gaskins for the FA (?), Rich Simpson claimed a repeat, smit, Taylor Parsons and Pete.

Surely Steve Mac has done it too? I've got vague memories of Will Smith and Haydn doing it too?

I'm 90% sure Steve has done it and 90% sure Will and Haydn haven't

Maths says 9a...

I definitely haven't. I couldn't even do PUTpowerband! It's so hard!

He was trying it when I was putting a fair bit of time into PUTPBand (2015). Not sure if he ever did it though?

Buster Martin has done Action Direct.
Anyone got any further details? Think I saw it pop up on 8a.nu, but otherwise no sign, and he's put a couple of things on IG since without mentioning it. Seems odd.

Nice. Am I right in thinking he's the only person to have flashed more than one 8B+?

Buster has confirmed on the UKB Facebook page.

Marsha has footage in the can. Great to have a British tick at last.

THiz pozT haz mozed onz a bitZ Zinz3 l@zt E@r.
Mostly in the intervining years I've been pulling on plastic (is that a misknomer for somezing), or not at all ... chastity.
I started climbing again ... on walls ... indoors ...
'suppose I got to do something to keep me here.
Oranges, reds, but no purples ... and nothing significant to tweet about ... except this ...
Significantly I enjoy repeatedly inhabiting the experience of my own body and surreptitiously, when distracted, watching flat surfaces.
Has anyone else noticed a decrease in insect activity?

Mary Eden has made the first female ascent of Peewee's Necronomicon in Canyonlands National Park in the USA. A very meaty 14a/8b+/~E9 hands/thin hands roof crack.

What Fultonius is trying to say is Aidan is such a beast he has his own dedicated thread here:

https://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,30855.msg667787.html#msg667787

Where it had already been reported and plaudits given.

(And we wonder why UKB has a reputation as a bunch of grumpy old men  ;D )

6 year gap in posting! Welcome back...

And yes, have noticed a decrease in insects generally. I blame the Tories...

Aye, that was arsey and less than helpful, probably deserved a puntering. I should stay away from UKB after a few beers / post gig  :chair:

Haha no worries Fultonius, just giving you some stick. I can punter you if you like, and are into that kind of thing . . . .   :spank:

Sébastian Bouin has done Jumbo Love, 9b, at Clark Mountain. There are, of course, knee bars. Apparently they don't help that much unless you want to do the direct start.

Has the direct been climbed before? I don’t remember hearing about it before but I don’t remember an awful lot these days.
