Disclaimer: :off: and also breaking one of the golden rules of decent behaviour  ...

When Alex Puccio posted photos of herself showing very little subcutan bodyfat thousands of climber felt entitled to comment on her looks. When Sachi Amma posts a photo of himself looking like a freshly released Auschwitz-inmate no one says a peep.

The correct behaviour is of course to keep quiet in both instances.

Sorry. I'm off hitting my head against the  :wall: as punishment

Which one is Fight Or Flight? Good effort. 9b is still hard, right?

Yes. 7 climbers have done witnessed ascents of 9b. Two climbers have done 9b with mystery belayers.

I was going to comment but then thought "that's probably a little boy, you'll come across as a dick if you say anything", but if it is an adult human, then looks ridiculously thin and not in a i-wish-i-was-that-thin way. Ah sport climbers

I don't see why. If you're willing to comment on one then comment on the other, fair enough. But no comment?

Only 4+1 for things that aren't boulder-into-route stuff too. A hardcore grade and no doubt!

I think it is rude of me to comment on anyones facial bone-structure, weight, body-fat, hair thickness, or other appearance in a public forum. I made an exception to make a point. I probably shouldn't have.

And for anyone who has followed the world cup streams and has eyes Adam Ondra, Jacob Schubert, Sachi Amma and Ramon Julian  are clearly the best competition lead climbers in the world. Only three of them have made 9b. Hardcore indeed.

Good effort Griff! Nice lad too, he drove me back up the hill just after I rolled my ankle in Chironico and I was feeling west...

Did you ever meet him, in Bishop, for instance?

New 8C from Mike Adams.

http://www.climber.co.uk/news/latest-news/breaking-news-mike-adams-climbs-his-first-font-8c-with-new-bloc-serenata.html

Other than the Gaskins things is this not a 1st.

Good weekend for the older fellas with moon winning the FIBO and Mike putting up our hardest problem. (not sure how old you are Mike but guess its nearer 40 than 20.)

Come on youths, get your fingers out.
