  No! I bought a copy on my way home from Toronto and there was a photo feature of the sequence on (what I thought was) a repeat. The chap had moccasyms taped to his feet for the heel hooks.

Around february time? (I am probably wrong though - feeling quite hungover and delicate)

From what I hear, Ethan in fact repeated all of dream catcher apart from the initial slab. So basically the slopey rail and the end bit. Dunno if that clears anything up.

A friend of mine once had a kit kat chunky that was all chocolate. Or possibly they said it'd be cool to have a kit kat chunky that was all chocolate, I don't remember. Either way, it almost certainly did or didn't happen.
