Pringle on how hard the slab is.

It has wrongly said for ages on the Climbing.com website (front page of his Pro Blog) that he repeated Dreamcatcher and it seems this has added to the confusion.

Just shows how quickly false information can get perpetuated when lazy news reporting websites copy their info from other lazy news reporting websites without confirming the information or checking the source.

I thought he meant the 'slap' rather than 'slab'. he goes on about a 'technical slab' but then says he had to 'stick the rail'. Just looking at that move, I assumed the worked sessions were referring to the jump as it is such a radical move....  I will watch again and see what he means.

Pringle doesn't do the slap, he found another way. Slab on its own was supposed to be V10. Not sure if that included the slap move though.

Sharma must thing he's out to get him, finding alternate ways to all his routes! What with Es Pontas without the dyno! He'll be doing 3 degrees static next.....

yeah I knew about the new method Pringle found on the dyno. Re the slab, I thought that Pringle was being a technical dunce on something that Sharma did not find too hard!

Re Es Pontas, is that just a rumour about the dyno being eliminate or is it true and a much easier method exists?

Just heard from the man himself (Pringle), and he's well and truly jonesing to go and climb Sharma's Ceuse route statically. However while he's stuck in Canada he's been training by catching up to eight Bream a day just by using Vince Noir-esque beckoning gestures.

This is great news.  Dreamcatcher is a wonderful line and it's so good to see that Pringles are now more popular than Kit-Kats, even fully chocolate ones. Or apple filled ones for that matter.  Back on topic, any idea how many other people haven't repeated Dreamcatcher this week?
