Hey All! Thought this would be the appropriate place to post this... This is a reprise of a set I spun on the shores of Mono Lake for about fifty enthusiastic dancers under the full moon. The first time I ever really felt that connection to the dancefloor through music. More of tech-house than techno, starts bassy and bouncy and then slowly becomes more tripped out and melodic. A lot of american tech house featured in this mix. Hope you enjoy!

Unfortunately, I don't even have a copy of the tape anymore. This was the first time I'd seen this tune on the net. I don't even know if the 'original' of the cassette was done by a pro DJ or someone with a few discs (was there a difference back then).

The tape was nicknamed 'acid bitch' 'cos that was the only tune with lyrics. Maybe one day it'll turn up.

I've just realised that there's a SoundCloud Downloader Greasemonkey Plugin and a Soundcloud Downloader Chrome Extension. Quality is only 128 but it's still much better than having to stream a mix every time.
