Haven't had time to get stuck in to the pumpkin yet, Nik, but I managed this token effort after your mum dropped off to sleep last night.

Fake tan eh? Was 3 squid for a biggy a rip off? I am sharpening my knife as I write, and polishing a spoon for the boy.

Your bird's is the best.

A rare pic of Stallion sitting back and chilling with a smoke:

Halloween at Lagers house.

This year he would keep his promise to scare the kids.....

We should probably point out to any kids looking for pumpkin patterns, that this link is NSFW.

Many apologies, made a right fuck up of my original plan and had to resort to this pile of shit:

Thats a good effort anyway.  I'd maybe use a knife next time instead of biting the fuck out of it. We're waiting till tomorrow now.

Once I slashed a chunk out of my palm, I resorted to teeth.  Much safer.

I am shit at carving pumpkins!

To the best of my recollection though this is the first time I've ever done so.  Whilst carving I thought it was rather crap, but after finishing and lighting up I quite like it.

Sorry for not using the templates Magpie, combination of being hung over and boozing today, maybe next year.

Is that top one yours Marty? If so then propity props. Looks like it took a steady hand and a small knife.

Both carved by my own fair hand. Turned out much better than I thought it would.

.... all with a small kitchen knife. Next Year I am investing in a dremel though.

This is mine lit up, I sent the wife out to take the photo as I have the snuffles so blame her if it looks shit. Actually I need to thin the fleash of the eyes a bit more and clear the nose holes from behind to allow more light through and it could do with another couple of tea-lights in it (or a torch). Also looks better when viewed from slightly below, which is why we've put it on the floor

I think your missus is trying to make it look shit as you are insulting the heritage.

What kinda poof can't take a photo because they have a sniffle?  Pull yourself together.

I expect to see the results on here in a few days.   ;D

A great time with the missus nephew and niece was had carving pumpkins on Saturday. The templates were a bit big for the pumpkins of we had, so we tried to draw them free-hand then carve them. The one we did of the bat looked awesome out trick-or-treating as it looked like the Batman symbol projected onto the wall. I was also a bit gutted as when showing them to her parents the next day, the missus' niece (describing mine) said, "This one's a witch, it's not very good, but anyway......"  :'(

Unfortunately, my broadband at home is down so no photos yet but I'll try and get them up tomorrow.

Thanks again Magpie! (Said niece was also a bit gutted there was no Peppa Pig template and the missus attempts to do a Peppa Pig on a pumpkin were woeful.)
