I'd rather hear about Stevie Hastons' routine in the early eighties.  People forget how strong Stevie was.

i have a vague recollection of doing a weight session at bangor college? with him way back when.i don't remember he was any more of a training monster than the likes of mark stokes or ed wood.

Perhaps it was later he got into weights?  He was certainly interested in being as big as possible for a time, though this could be a small man thing.

at the time mark stokes chest was so big he looked like a cartoon rooster.
