It's actually in a separate boulder field further across the hillside towards Ogwen Cottage. There are some basic directions in the orginal Decoy Ploy news item (see the link at the bottom of the NWB.com page).

I haven't been for a tour of the new stuff yet (although I did climb a load of sub V6 things here about 5 years ago) - keep getting distracted by bolts and limestone, and various other things.
