Looking for ideas and guidance.

Recently, and likely for the next month or so I've mainly been trying to get out climbing, predominantly sport and predominantly projecting.

My schedule is a bit variable, as is the weather. Often I'm finding I have 3 or 4 days between sessions and then putting off "in between" sessions so as to not get tired / injured. However, due to the weather I might for example, climb outside on a Tuesday, rest Weds, plan to climb Friday but then find Friday is no use and then plan to climb Saturday.

Ideally I would decide early enough on a Thursday that I could maybe have an indoor session, FB etc. But that seems to not fit in with social and work stuff.

Am I best to just stick with low volume, or... Maybe light session the day after a outdoor red-pointing?

Any other tips for keeping fit and tuned in with longer rest periods?

Could you do a short max hangs sesh day before your outdoor sesh? I guess depends whether your proj is mega fingery or not.

Says something about the difficulty of forecasting British weather that you can’t decide on Wednesday whether you might be climbing or not on Friday
