Coops: all rather frustrating. Is there a pull-up weight you are confident could manage without reinjuring yourself? This could be much much less than full body-weight. Your aim should be to maintain consistency in loading through your wrist rather than the stop-go that’s currently happening.
Potentially, I have a pulley so could set this up in my apartment gym. I think one of the issues may be the pull-up bar is so thin I need to grip it more. Off to amazon to see what they can offer as a remedy...

Chalk ball was supposed to be for chalking up, I was able to hang and chalk both hands while working it but couldn't manage that on the link. It seemed a good odea at the time but why I didn't chalk thighs for a quick slap or simply use a chalk bag I have no idea.

At first I thought it was drying the hole, then you don't use the hole. One for the "devious tricks and tactics" thread ;).
