Seems to be a recurring theme that I get to the crag for about 11 and by the time I'm warmed up I'm also starting to get hungry, but don't want to scran a sandwich and then feel sluggish. What to do?
tried Fluide; great problem but if there is a stump method I'd be interested to hear it. All the videos are of lanky people laying one for the top!

Mike FYI the only thing that should go in tea is milk. If you're a builder, or suffering from hypothermia, you're allowed sugar as well. Sriracha? I ask you what is the world coming to?
