Seems to be a recurring theme that I get to the crag for about 11 and by the time I'm warmed up I'm also starting to get hungry, but don't want to scran a sandwich and then feel sluggish. What to do?
tried Fluide; great problem but if there is a stump method I'd be interested to hear it. All the videos are of lanky people laying one for the top!

Inspired by Coops, both in terms of strength training and unleashing his bouldering skills on some sport climbing this year, I’ve been working on strength / oomph for the last few weeks. Quite surprised at how quickly I’ve found performance improve on both the 45 board and other problems in general.
