Anyone got any recommendations for builders in Sheffield who know their stuff about damp?

We have a couple of potential damp issues (one likely due to a leaking drain from the guttering, one chimney related), just wondering if anyone had any recommendations?

Might be worth you having a closer look yourself on ropes and ladders before calling in the pros - the good ones seem to be stupidly busy these days and  scaffolding isn't cheap.

If you are up for sullying your hands there are mastic type products that you could use to line and mend leaky guttering (might be just blocked with leaves) and if the pointing has crumbled away on a chimney you should be able to re-do that and look to see if the lead flashing needs replacing or it be possible to bend it back into place and re-seal. Not that I have personally done any of this myself you understand.

(The guttering one isn't the guttering per se, more (probably) the drain that the guttering runs into.)
