Hand wash in cold water.. they dry out fine.. maybe put it on your foot after washing and before drying so it gets its shape back. That cowdura shit they make them from seems pretty solid..

I've put a few pairs through the wash on 30 degrees before and the glue survived.

Thanks Tom (and Cheque) - you can probably guess which bog I landed in.

I always chuck my climbing shoes in the washing machine. Always had five-tens. The whites, greens, pinks, velcros. All came out totally fine. Usually I do it because I can't stand the smell anymore! Seems to improve the 'stickyness' of the rubber, back to closer how they start out. I guess over time dust, chalk and dirt builds up on the rubber not matter how careful you are about keeping them clean.

i put mine in the washing machine all the time. donīt care if leather or fake (most are leather).
take a cold wash programm and donīt use any detergent (there will be enough remaining in the machine).
They all held 3 resoles till now so it couldnīt harm them.

always put my 5.10s 9green, teams, arrowheads, etc in the washing machine 30 degrees with detergent (evover so pretty mild) come out fine. maybe slightly tighter but that is a good thing imo.
