Right you lot!
How about putting height and weight?
'Cos I'm getting paranoid now.
I'm 184cm and 77kg, should I just give up now?
Everyone says I'm a streak of urine, but you all seem 10kg lighter than me!

175cm; 69kg

170cm
currently 58kg (varies between 57 & 60)

My bubble was burst recently, after years of believing I was 170 turns out I'm really 169. That centimetre makes all the difference I tell you. 64kg.

190cm & 72.5kg..

Being a bit misleading, as I'm actually 190.2cm high and 72.8kg when I have my rock boots on and am wearing my bouldering thong...

STG: Get into good habits of regular exercise / training; climb lots of routes, get lots of full days out.

MTG: Regain some fitness and climbing fitness; try to stop weight gain, regain trad confidence, climb near to limit in Scotland.

LTG: Attain consistent climber's lifestyle; lose 1 stone weight.

M - Nothing - suck.
T - Nothing - extreme suck.
W - Minimal outdoor climbing @ Quadrocks, few easy solos - mediocre, too cold.
T - Minimal outdoor bouldering @ Craigmore, few easy warm-ups - mediocre, too warm.
F - Rest.
S - Active rest, 10 mins running, light weights session - okay.
S - Active rest, 10 mins running, light weights session - okay.

Bad week. Fed up of my fucked up depressive mentality, fed up of apathy, fed up of clots, fed up of tweaked elbow. BUT go away to visit family at the end of the week and got into a good routine of light exercise. Also had the realisation of how my problems are often habitual so that gives me some focus to improve them.

I've never climbed E3 before so I'm pretty sure it must be soft for E4. It is my favourite sort of style tho, big moves on big holds. I think you'd be fine to fall with hands in the crack of five star finish, you'd go a long way but not hit the deck. Its a class route though, thoroughly recommended!

 I'm doing Power Club again now. It felt like a waste of time last summer as I wasn't taking training very seriously and wasn't progressing. 2012's been much better and I can probably benefit from putting the ‘highlights’ of my training diary online.

Anyway, about me:

178cm, 63kg, +9cm ape index, Sagittarius, GSOH.

PBs:
Sport 6c flash, 6b+ onsight, 6b+ redpoint
Trad E1 onsight/ worked
Bouldering 6C worked, 6A+ flash

2012 goals

Trad E2 (E1 multipitch would be good too), Sport 7a redpoint (6c+ flash/ onsight), Bouldering 7A

M- Repeaters on Beastmaker deep slots: 4/ front 3/ back three/ middle 2.
T- Rest.
W- Week 7 of swiss ball core program. Felt surprisingly easy apart from evil twisting pikes.
T- Nottingham Wall bouldering- up & down climbing progressively harder problems with no resting then semi-successful hardish steep problem working. Foot-on 1-3-5s on medium campus board rungs, wide press-ups.
F- Rest.
S- Minus Ten bouldering. Did middle break traverse, then loads of goes on top break traverse. Did the Double Double in a handful of goes :dance1:. New project there is lowest traverse. Bolton complex w/5kg on return. Military press/ squat is the living end and requires powerscream.
S- Walk up to Dovestones Tor as moorland conditions check/ walk-in training. Snowdrifts, rivers of meltwater and howling gales but surprisingly clean rock. Shoes and chalkbag stayed in rucksack due to above and grumpy, frozen non-climbing partner.

I'm about the same weight (65kg) but 3cm taller (175cm) than both of you. I can't work out how I can be the same weight as Nibs and similar height but whilst he is an Italian powerhouse I'm a scrawny git!

You've been in Spain a while now though, I think you'll reconsider your definition of pasty when I come over.

thanks for the nice comments!!! to be honest I always weigh myself in the morning, no clothes, post poo. and I use a very old scale which could easily be wrong, so I could weigh more in reality (I hope I don't).
the important thing to me is to keep my weight constant.
