Came across
Bleachbit as a new program available on my system whilst updating today (see
features for full details, but basically frees up HD space and helps keep some security issues under control).
Going to try it out now that I'm using multiple browsers now (Opera, Firefox and Icecat) to save the ballache of tidying each up.
Free and cross-platform (as far as Linux and M$, no Mac version, but source could likely be compiled if you can be arsed).
