Voice recognition has a looong way to go before it can cope with all accents and dialects and until it can its not that useful I don't think (especially to those who aren't understood!).

It is, I use beta (and indeed alpha) releases all the time. I don't however have to pay an arm and a leg for the privilege though, in fact I pay infinitely less than any number of fuck-alls (plus Sira has been around for quite some time).
