Im off up to Perth with work quite a lot this month and was wondering if there was anything around the area or a wall perhaps? Thanks in advance.

I saw mention on the other channel that one of the gates in Glen Lednock is now getting locked by a landowner to stop partyers accessing the dam area, so walk to boulders now 45 mins - 1hr. Not sure if the situation has improved /changed any.

Other alternative is Wolfcrag quarry near bridge of Allan. Not the most attractive of venuea but great for a bit of finger training.

http://www.averticalworld.co.uk/ is not too far away either, just outside Dundee City Centre.

Gate was still locked 4 weeks ago and after speaking to the owners young son, this is how they plan it to remain.  Still worth the 30min walk as there are some great problems at most grades.

Others worth a mention:

Thanks for the replies thus far. On this particular occasion I made a rather school boy error of not packing any climbing gear but im back in a few weeks and will remedy the problem then.
