Download the update from http://www.peteranne.it/serra_oseli_update_may_2010.pdf to the guide to bouldering at Serra Oseli (Urzulei, Sardinia) which was published at the end of 2009 on www.bloccobirra.com and www.infoboulder.com. Using the numbering on the bloccobirra pdf http://www.bloccobirra.com/SERRAOSELI.PDF we have listed the new problems (sx and dx mean left and right) as well as translating Italian descriptions.

Conditions are very good now, especially in the mornings, and so if anyone fancies going here (good chance to do FA's and name problems) pls get in touch, peter@peteranne.it +39 335 6489826. There are some youtube vids http://www.youtube.com/user/TheLemonHouse of bouldering here to give you an idea of what the place is like.

I have left a copy of the guide at the bar La Ruota in Urzulei (turn R on way to Baunei from Cala Gonone/Dorgali just after cheese factory), and here's a vid of one of the new problems. I tried this last year, couldn't get anywhere, but after Travis did it was much more determined to keep trying. It really does show what morpho means...

I reckon that from mid-Sept to mid-June you can boulder fine at Serra Oseli, looking for sun/shade according to season. Today it's 22°C on the coast, up there it was nice to doze in the sun between goes but not greasy.
