i know i should cut the coffee, but that is one scary perspective. thinking at how much i'm suffering at the moment, though, a life without coffee is much better than a life with these little bastards.
obviously i have been quite an idiot, because when already a bit achey, i put in 4 training sessions with the aforementiond painful results.
ok it's gone. from tomorrow morning i will try. i'll use the same 4 cup moka but with one cup worth of coffee.
