We think the blue chap is an Indian Ring-Necked Parrot but we're not absolutely sure. He is now happily sharing a friend's aviary with an assortment of cockatiels, finches, budgies and a galah btw.

I'm trying to catch a rather handsome lizard in the open taht is currently residing in our front garden but haven't had any luck yet.
I have, however,  succeeded in getting two of the new young magpies here to take food from my hand (a bit of decent ham did the trick!)...which is nice.
