To the best of my knowledge, a girl w/ a spunkbelly is a girl who has drunk so heavily from the purple-stemmed love goblet that she has developed a beer-gut, of sorts. Indeed not to be confused w/ muffin-top AKA a Morecambe (cf. Morecambe Bay coastline map).
