Don't know if I've missed this - didn't see it using the search...

JP has put up an F8c+ FA http://jpclimbing.com/?p=1655

Strong work, looks like a crazy route!

The route 'The Source' you linked too isn't an FA. The FA was Le blond, la brute et le manouche.

Ah apologies, my cursory read of the blog post and something on 8a.nu has misled me. Poor marks for reading and comprehension.  :spank:

Will edit post if I can.

Still, well done JP on the F8c+. Useful.

I see on 8a.spew that Chris Webb-Parsons has done keen roof.
The comment 'broken foot :(' either means he broke his foot on it or has done it with a broken foot?

He did it with a suspected broken foot. He had help to get his shoe on

John Welford has done the 3rd? ascent of The ScreamingDream/Crack at Froggatt.

brilliant effort on a sadly neglected gem of a route.

Fine effort, especially given the recent recovery from bicep op!

Pretty sure Moon wasn't on a top rope and he did nearly flash it - fell off the easier (bottom?) bit then got it 2nd go. Very impressive for 1991(?) if it is font 8a.
