on the subject of drugs testing, the iaaf look for rapid improvements in performance over a short space of time (take dwain chambers as an example, he went from being a very good sprinter to world class in period of about 6 months). Usain Bolt was tested multiple times (20 from memory) at the last olympics as a matter or protocol. But the general consensus was that his improvements had been on a upwards trend for most of his career (dating back to his junior exploits), so wasn't really considered as a possible cheat. my feelin is that he really is that good
