right then im of the mello next week for a few weeks.

anyone know were i can get hold of some topos for the mellobloc area looks sweet, have got guide for the big routes but will be mainly on the boulders round there. Will be leaving around wed next week



so advice would be great

also anyone else heading that way?

i have the "bloc notes" guide. its not too bad, comes with a dvd (poor editing but great for sorting out sequences), and covers also val masino, other minor spots around there, chironico, cresciano. i think the best option is going to the "mountain center" in filorera, they prolly can sort you out with that one or with the copies of the melloblocco papers.

I managed to get hold of a german guide called ibloc, V12 have just got all the italian and swiss boulderig guides in, just wanted to have a look before i went there so I knew were i was going really.
