especially since its just been patioed
Come on, let's get some properly embarrassing ones up. Verdon 1990, first time I met Simon. Surprising that my wife lets me choose my own clothes given some of the trouser crimes I've committed in the past.
More GPH trivia. [Warning: Joe look away now, this doesn't concern you.] He once smashed up my neighbours bird table at a party after his coat had got burned. At the same party someone (you I think Jasper) got stuck in a room with Glen and some other guy playing I'll show you mine if you show me yours. Knives that is, although as Glen was involved I am sure he thought it would lead to other things.
Plenty of old skool on Henry's flickr stream:http://www.flickr.com/photos/40120909@N02/sets/72157622984276143/
The numbers indicate the sequence.Johnny backed off from the good foothold out right and lowered off the RURP for a breather/change of underwear.
he's moving back up to this
he's stepped back left and up to the overlap, in the process of committing to the crux (3 slaps in sequence if IIRC).
Last photo he's pulling up beyond this and it looks like he might live after all.
Rob Drury and Sean Myles belayed individually on the ropes .We were the only party at the crag apart from the guys on Great Wall so any other photos you may have seen were not of the original ascent
ok I give up, despite attempting to follow slackline's helpful document http://ukbouldering.com/wiki/index.php/HowTo_Embed_Pictures_to_UKBoulderingInstead I'll post the link to flickrhttp://www.flickr.com/photos/30814373@N02/?donelayout=1I assume it'll be of some interest so I'll elaborate. The numbers indicate the sequence.Johnny backed off from the good foothold out right (he's moving back up to this in #2) and lowered off the RURP for a breather/change of underwear. In #3 he's stepped back left and up to the overlap, in the process of committing to the crux (3 slaps in sequence if IIRC). Thanks for your posts guys and to slackline for embedding pics. I've put some more old photos onto flickr, although there are very few hideous crimes of fashion - to protect the guilty, mostly.http://www.flickr.com/photos/30814373@N02/?saved=1
Maybe the Phantom knew something? Ever broken your back?
