Adventure sports economic effect in the Peak

Seeing as how there are a few boffins lurking on this 'ere forum, does anyone know if any academic studies have examined the impact adventure sports have on the economic well being of the Peak District? Should be meeting with the Peak Park shortly and want some solid facts to help prove our case that climbing/caving/mountain biking/soaring etc all contribute big money to the Peak district....

Unless someone is actively studying this area and is familiar with the literature then your best bet is
5th hit is a chapter from a 2009 book
lots of other hits returned, but you'll have to trawl through them as I've got my own work to get on with.
