I thought these days it was done from the floor and was 7c with the block?

There's a video of Ben doing the FA and he doesn't use it, but I've been told it's used by a lot of people these days. It definitely feels 7C+ with it

From what I know. Orginally it was done by Moon with the block at 7c+ then he returned and did it without the block and possibily suggested 8a? But I dont think it really makes a difference, to be honest on such a classic and good line it would be a shame to make it an eliminant. I plan to soap the block as much as I can!!! If only there was a large foot block you could use to cheat your way up lager lager lager!!!!
