Tried Marks Roof on wednesday for the first time. Got to the last move on my second go...
but didn't manage to finish it. I know its probably down to the fact that it is the crux and i
just couldn't do it in a small session...but i was wondering which is the best way to finish
it, i was told to put my RF on the break and rock up, then slap with my LH, this felt.., sort
of wrong for some reason, i tried it with my heel which made it easier to get established but #
it seemed like it might make actually finishing it harder (?) could i just then change the heel
to the front of my foot. I have seen a youtube video of a guy switching to the other side and
using his left heel.. anyway, which in your opinion is the correct/best way????
