Guessing your on windows.
A quick google
(<--- Clickety, click) turned up
this
tutorial.
Audacity
is a great piece of free open-source software.
Alternatively you might get some mileage out of
this
.
I've used
Streamripper
for years, not sure if it works with MySpazz though.

Philo started a thread a while back on a site that allows you to rip all offered tracks from myspace.

http://ukbouldering.com/board/index.php/topic,8847.0.html
this is the topic,
but ill repost the important bit.
handy website that allows you to download songs off myspace by typing in the / artist name in the box and clicking go
http://www.downloadmyspacemusic.co.uk/
for example,
www.myspace.com/darts
put darts in the box and click go,
to save right click and save target as.
