HP printer / scanner thing - no USB lead
January 08, 2008, 06:56:47 pm
Bit of a long shot this, but have just got hold of an HP Deskjet F4180 printer / scanner combo. Our excitement at its arrival was soon squashed by the fact that it doesn't come with the USB cable to connect to the PC  :furious:

Had a look on the net and it looks like a cable is going to be about £20, just wondering if anyone's got a spare they'd let me buy off them for a reasonable price?

Cheers in advance,

Tom

Hope that's some help - if you've got one let me know...

TWENTY QUID!!!!

bloody hell, whoever wants that much for that cable is having a laugh.
I've got quite a lot of those cables lying about and all, mainly used for connecting USB ADSL modems.
Infact you could buy an USB ADSL modem for about £8 a get that cable with it, so not only saving £12 but getting a free USB modem.
Even better, get one off underground

so not only saving £12 but getting a free USB modem.

With which you can have hours of endless fun, watching it freeze and crash your PC!

you must have money to burn. My decent wireless router was a mere £35
