Is there deckout potential off this?

I wouldn't say so. I fell off about two moves from the top and was about 6 feet off the ground but the belayer, a lot lighter than me, jumped in the air to make it a nice fall. Actually I'd say no, no chance of decking at all. When i was uncurling off the top holds, I was also more 'overexcited' than terrified, too.

I seem to remember the bottom being a bit spicy up to the really good nut slot...or is it my dementia again?

You can place a couple of smallish friends and a wire in the bottom flake and you can reduce a fall before placing a wire in the vertical slot by placing a no.1 wire (which only sinks in about halfway) or a large RP/microwire down into a small flake above the lower flake.  No ground fall potential above the good wire in the slot, just a smallish whipper!

aye, i fell off slapping the jugs at the top and (despite a small belayer) finished about 6 foot off the deck. maximum waddage to phil davidson for the on sight solo eons ago though...
