judging by the photo of Andi T trying it in the Staffs Grit guide (one hand almost on hold, the other at waist height), I'd say not

The problem with these big dynos is often not making the distance, but holding the swing without dislocating your shoulder. Prior to this getting done, Andi, myself and others had all hit the hold well but the combination of the swing and the skin tearing crystals on the hold had stopped us holding it. The Rainbird solved this by going double.
So no rules, just what works. Full respect if you can hold it one-armed.
