you need to take a proper lead fall to lock Revo

... sounds as if it will make it inferior to a grigri for working sport routes, and in the safety backup for beginner belayers market it's up against a host of assisted locking ATC style devices that work somewhat ok and are much cheaper.

i think that if the locking spped is really an issue it will be very easily fixed given the design of the device.

good point about the price though
