Do a search on here (and t'net in general) for captains of crush.

Never used them myself.

got 100, 150 and 200.

very similar to the captains of crush, 100 is easy, 150 steady, 200 is where it all begins. Good idea is to use 100 as a warmup. try holding the 150 closed for timed intervals. pumpy. I guess work up to holding 200 closed for ten seconds. More useful for climbing? discuss?

yeah, I should be getting it today....and no doubt I'll be ordering the 150 and 200 in due course... :)

I think they'd be good for strengthning tendons and for forearms...

just a quick update here - I've started using the 200lb heavygrip now (it's just arrived the other day!) - still unable to close it fully, but I expect I will in the next month... :)

I think they've definately helped me in the last few months - as well as using the finger boards at the DCC too... :)
