Within the last week I've developed a sharp pain between the bottom of the bicep and elbow on my left arm. If i have my palm facing upwards the pain is on the the fleshy bit toward outside of my arm about two inches above the crease of my elbow.
It hurts when I climb and when my elbow is at an angle sharper than 90 degrees. It also aches during movement without load, especially in the morning.
Anybody else had this?
I'm guessing rest and ice are probably a good idea, but if anyone has advice on stretches, exercises or an idea of typical recovery time that'd be really useful.
Cheers,
Nic
