Watched the Wales game until 60 minutes and turned it off in disgust as didn't want to see them win; delighted when I checked the news later!
Ah, you should have persevered, cracking finish to the game!

I'm sure I did Ron's Reach sometime around 2002-2004. I definitely remember being on that bit of slab and being a bit scared. Can someone tell me what date I did it and what else I did around then, please? I can't recall it being that mucky but it was a long time ago and I presume it's got a lot worse whilst all the send-train big number insta ticks to either side have more chalk than Beachy Head...

If it helps the left arete sees much less attention. The direct looks interesting (and nails) too. It would mean doing the top again...

I think it gets better as the year goes on, and gets minging after a damp spell as it's a drainage line. I did it in June '03 (just checked scrawled tick) and the top slab was still damp and slimy AF.

Anyway

Mon - 8k run
T - kettlebells
W - downloading and sorting photos - evening gone!
T - Forza, evening gone!
F - lunch run - 5km
S - bike ride with kids morning - 18 km, sea kayak afternoon - 4 km
S - bike ride with kids - 14 m. Kettlebells evening.

Took it easy climbing wise this week, fingers felt some after sustained hard crimping (for me!) he week before. Feel a bit better now. Be nice to find something else nice to work on nearby in the 7a /+ region before it gets too warm.
