Why on earth has such a useful feature had to be "uncovered"? Surely its a fundamental pre-requisite to be able to access settings so why not have it as a default feature? 
It certainly works in Win7 however it doesn't appear to let you access anything you can't already, rather it puts shortcuts to virtually all settings in one place. Kinda useful I spose. Also the term 'GodMode' is rather misleading, probably just pulled out of the air by someone, you can change this text in the name and it still works fine, it's the code that does the magic, I've now got a folder called 'Geek Mode', works fine.
