Motivation not great for much right now.

M - 12.5km run, big hill and slow pace. Usual pull - ups and push ups.
T - nowt apart from usual pull - ups and push ups.
W - nowt apart from usual pull - ups and push ups.
T - nowt apart from usual pull - ups and push ups.
F - lunch time bike ride - about 25km. Went on bike as i was going to run in the evening, but didn't. Up until about 2 am photographing aurora.
S - up too early to take son to DoE hike. Headed to Fulmar Wall for first trad climbing in years. Beautiful weather, and no nesting birds at base for a change. 2nded S and HS, led 2 x VS I had actually not done before. Usual faff making things fit, but good to get out.
S - knacked. Fetched tired son from DoE hike.

Is it only live or do they show repeats? 3am is a little early for me......
I believe that there will be repeats but don't quote me on that

Sorry for the slow reply.

They do fit me. The last pair I had were a perfect fit once worn in, and then a touch baggy when well worn. I'm only getting rid as I think the shape of them exacerbated a slight bunion in my bigger foot.

I am certain, that (barring some undisclosed mental health issues) the writers of the new season of Dr Who, are on Acid.

Still, made me smile.

I haven't watched Dr Who since I was a kid and I'm pretty sure it was Sylvester McCoy. The above comment makes me want to watch it again now.
I started watching it again when my kids were young and have enjoyed it in its resurrected form. Daft, of course, and for kids really; yet sometimes quite deep.

I'm going to start journalling so I can actually remember what I did climbing wise lol.

Not going to go into specific days but I seem to be making progress and the moonboard v3/4 seems doable now which is cool. Will provide a more detailed daily breakdown for next week ha.

Mixing the climbing with some swimming. Trying not to climb consecutive days to avoid injury as am only about 3 or 4 months climbing after a 15 year break.

Losing weight will help, am about 10 stone 8 and 5ft 3 and my goal is to get down to 10 stone or even 9.5 stone but I don't want to be too obsessive about it like when I was younger.

Ignore SiWitch - he’s got form for being grumpy about fixing gear and holds. Leaver the loose hold off, wire brush behind it and then glue it back on with epoxy resin - it will be invisible if done properly. Just wait for a quiet day and don’t ask for consensus. It reminds me of a story about Gary Gibson being heckled at a talk he gave - ‘hey Gary I’ve memorised all the holds in cheedale in case you do any chipping’ Gary: ‘that’s funny because I’ve made most of them’

Who are the forerunners - Trump, Biden, RFK- Jr,

It would be fascinating to see RFK-Jr get in, very unlikely I'd imagine due to his status as the enemy of truth, unfortunately it looks like Trump vs Biden.
It's doubtful he can even get on all state ballots right now so it's technically impossible for him to win out right.
Even if he was on them I'd bet everything I have in the bank that no 3rd party candidate could win. It's too hard the way the US system is set up
