5.    The costs of restructuring, redundancies, and staff departures due to not tracking ambitious growth targets.

I'm not quite sure what all this means exactly, but it doesn't sound like any of it was handled in a great way or had a happy ending.

'Not tracking ambitious growth targets' - basically sounds like someone didn't follow the money... or the lack of it.

Well done to Shark for putting his head above the parapet and pointing out that the Emperor wasn't wearing any clothes...

Anak Verhoven has climbed La Planta de Shiva in Villanueva del Rosario for her first 9b. She joins Laura Rogora, Julia Charnoudiere and Angela Eiter as the only women to have climbed the grade.

It’s dreadful but I actually take a bit of heart from some of it:
  • recognise the problems
  • take some concrete actions
  • use plain language

Now just the small matter of fixing things properly.

And if shark’s mission ultimately failed, he’s responsible for getting some of the dirty washing aired. Not surprising they wanted to handle things their own way, rather than his. The new CEO must be used to turbulent currents and capsize recovery. People like Andy Say are doing all the right stuff. Comps is changing, some of the parents/people on that side give a consistently good impression. Follow through with all that listening and give them a bigger vote.

Going down to the wire in the RKEM II FPL this weekend. It's been a great season, lots of new players with strong performances, M20's comeback, almighty tussle at the top and Cheque obviously picking players from Mansfield reserves. My money's on The P Massive...

As people have said, Usyk commands more respect, by some margin. Fury can be crass, no question. Give some credit to Fury though; he gave away an entire £7m purse to homeless charities and has battled through severe depression to get back to this level.

I’d like Usyk to win, he’s a super boxer, but I think Fury is still very skilful and his size and reach will tell in the end.

Good article in Climbing, not yet paywalled: https://www.climbing.com/news/didier-berthod-climbs-cobra-crack-5-14-squamish/

Not mentioned is that Didier's daughter Cedar is also a crusher, winning the lead event in the Canadian Championships last winter and now in the national team.
