Teres muscle injury
September 14, 2008, 06:46:41 pm
Simple really, seem to have pulled a teres muscle below the shoulder - either major or minor, hard to tell with my limited anatomical knowledge - wondered if anyone had experience of similar and how long they had off

for info it pretty much just aches unless I'm pulling in or down when it hurts....  :'(

May I ask why you think it's a Teres strain?

simply location of the pain...
seen physio who pretty much agreed, way it's going should be back to light climbing by the end of the week and all going well should be back to hurting myself after a fortnight or so....
