I need to see a physio with  lots of experience treating climbers about an elbow problem, this week or weekend.  Reccommendations with email/phone details please!

You could try Zaff Ali - Hope Valley Physiotherapy and Yoga - tel - 07930 920282

He's sorted me out on a couple of occasions including my elbows!

I go to Steve Hodgson. He's very good too. Didn't know Zaff was a physio.

Yeah, I got referred to Zaff through the NHS initially after tearing my tricep muscle last year.  He's recently set up his own private practice operating out of Hathersage, I've been using him for elbow problems specifically tricep tendinitis.  He's been very good and has brought to my attention a major muscle inbalance between the bicep and tricep which is contributing to the injury.  He seems particularly good for recommending rehab exercises which can be done by yourself, compared to other physio's which I've used  in the past who seem to mainly concentrate on massage thus requiring many return visits!
