A smaller bedroom £50 a week

Both furnished, rent includes council tax and broadband but not gas or electricity. Tidy non-smokers prefered.

Ten mins walk from the Climbing Works, fifteen to the Edge and 20min to Burbage by car even in rush hour.

Ah yes, deleted the link as the big room is now taken. The smaller room is still available, tha blurb on the link was:

House is a typical sheffield terrace with lounge, dining room and kitchen downstairs, a small yard and cellar storage. No TV at moment by choice, but i don't mind if you want to pay for a licence. Kitchen may be upgraded soon but I will compensate if this is disruptive.

Area is nice and quiet with good neighbours. A 24hour Spar shop is 2 mins away, as is Abbeydale Road for bus links. Parking is easy.

Available to any tidy non-smoker. Interesting people prefered!
