I suspect they've put your IP into a sin bin then.

You could go via a proxy like http://anonymouse.org/ or similar.

Use a proxy server so it doesn't look like its you who is trying to connect.

anonymizer.com should do the trick.

Edit: Its loading the page, I can view the html source chart, but nothing is displaying. Question?

Thanks guys, still doesn't work.

If I go View-Page style-No style I can see the info but lose most of the functionality and its a pain. Otherwise its just a black screen. Anyone know firefox well enough to suggest a fix?
