What footwear did you use Golt?
And don't forget to stretch. A lot of minor niggles can be alleviated with a bit of stretching, key areas for me are calves and hamstrings.
Not done it, but it's pretty flat and a good course for a PB. You've done halts before, haven't you. I've stupidly entered the Lakeland 100 again. Oops.
