broken ankle
December 14, 2007, 05:05:23 pm
my buddy smashed up his ankle after landing between some pads at the local wall and got a guff diagnosis from the hospital. a week later after a ct scan they found some messed up little bones and suggested possible surgery and pinning. hes currently playing play station all day an wondering how long reovery is going to be, any ideas if he'll be able to climb with support by spring or should he invest a playstation 3???

Yeah - I think the beta is get a fingerboard, bar, free weights etc. and get into strength for its own sake. This will have the pleasent side effect that when your ankle is better you will be outrageously strong and buff.
