Noticed from following the link to his blog that Dan Varian did Zerberus in the 'jura recently. That's a fucking good effort, 8B and used to get 8B+ right?

paul when you start deadlifting a bit more weight you can have your 0.5 kg dumbbells back

a set of rings in the cellar is something to aspire to

i don't crimp anymore

i don't know who plastikman is, i just listen to repetitive nonsense so i don't begin to realise how sad i'm being

they're far from being 0.5's as well you know (I carried the damn things back from Decathlon to Ranmoor!) and I DO need them back so I can stop using small women as weight belts.

I used to think so but the crimps are bit hurty when hung one armed and the inner slots make you angle your fingers inwards if you use two fingers.

Uncle suggested to me recently that a rounded campus rung performs admirably for every grip type and I'm beginning to agree!

of course it does but who's gonna pay 60 quid for a rounded campus rung apart from a southener? plus when training back two it turns the hands inwards, unless you had the foresight to drill 2 small holes above rung
