Hi,

Im fond of the odd smeary slab and have been on a few in the good weather recently. My big toes are beginning to feel like they are slowly being destroyed! They limit number of goes on a prob now rather than skin loss on fingers 

Does anyone get the same thing and do anything to prep feet in advance of a smearfest? Thinking about making a footboard as well to strengthen my feet/increase pain threshold.

Yeah, if I forget to cut my toe nails before a session, my toes hurt.
Solution:  cut your toe nails.
